Constant monitoring of the brand in the digital
space (Primarily social media)

Addressing real-time negative and positive
responses.

Ensuring all complaints are tracked on social
media and all consumer forum sites or discussion forums on internet

Assign / Liaise with Customer Service team to
get resolution for all the complaints/queries

Use of forums and social media to seed positive
content for better ORM
·
Constant monitoring of competition brands and
deriving learnings for the brand
Reporting
·
Provide timely crisis reports, identify trends
& help strategic directions
·
Analyze listening reports, share relevant
insights, updating trackers
·
Constantly measuring the effectiveness of strategies
in place
·
Preparing & managing multiple reports,
working with excel formula & various other excel sheet components for
accurate data
Operations
·
Regular interaction with stakeholders
·
Contribute to / validate campaign and creative
discussions for the brand basis brief
·
Co-ordinating with Internal teams to ensure timely
delivery on monitoring reports, press release trackers
·
Escalate to relevant stakeholders. Manage
trackers, send reminders, close loop with stakeholders
·
Initiate and lead conversations with internal
and external stakeholders of the brand
