Metropolis Healthcare, a diagnostic chain, has appointed 21N78E Creative Labs as its Agency on Record (AoR), following a multi-agency pitch.
According to the press release shared by the agency, Metropolis Healthcare is looking at expanding its presence aggressively over the next few years. The mandate for 21N78E includes conceptualising touch-point agnostic campaigns and media across multiple markets.
Commenting on the win, Sudhir Nair, founder and CEO, 21N78E, says, “It was an interesting challenge for us and a good win to begin this year. With our digital first integrated approach, we aimed at having conversations with consumers as and when it matters. Today, passive way of communicating is rapidly becoming obsolete. Consumers expect convergence at all levels. So, some exciting work will come out.”
21N78E was founded in August 2015 and is a full-service advertising agency. It is also developing its own products that will cater to multiple consumer segments and geographies.
